  I worked last night at Jimmy Flynn's Celtic Snug another awesome night the place seems to always be bumping . Every thing from regulars to couple to a few party goers . The owners have really created a place for everyone I call it home . I can't explain it unless you have worked at an Irish bar before one that is truly owned by the  Irish. Its like you have come home from college or war every time you walk in to Jimmy Flynn's . Its a nice warm feeling one you can really get in to and makes you wanna drink and eat till content not over the top . It smells like home and every time I walk in no matter how good or bad my day was whether its sunny or rainy when I walk in the door it brings a smile to my face. I wanna do my job ,I wanna clean like its my home . I love it and if you ever get the chance to come by and visit I think you will feel the same way . The owner on or off shift welcomes everyone remembering their names and welcoming newbies and quality checking all. I love it , its like working for you long lost family . So Halloween is coming fast and Jimmy Flynn's rocks it here are some pics of costumes and fun.

  
    




 

Amazing week

Hi All
 I have worked at Jimmy's for a week now and I love it the regulars are awesome the customers are amazing and tips are great .If you like great service and amazing food made by an amazing chef then Jimmy's for you . Interesting fact its called a Celtic Snug because in Ireland when the women wanted to go to the bar and not be seen with the rowdy men they would go to a little section in the pub which was like a cove where the women would be hidden from the men and feel safe to drink . So Jimmy Flynn's is a Celtic snug cause the place is safe for all including children . Snug

The "snug", also sometimes called the smoke room, was typically a small, very private room with access to the bar that had a frosted glass external window, set above head height. A higher price was paid for beer in the snug and nobody could look in and see the drinkers. It was not only the wealthy visitors who would use these rooms; the snug was for patrons who preferred not to be seen in the public bar. Ladies would often enjoy a private drink in the snug in a time when it was frowned upon for women to be in a pub. The local police officer might nip in for a quiet pint, the parish priest for his evening whisky, and lovers for a rendezvous.

I have shred 5 pounds in three days doing the south beach diet and zumba cutting carbs its so awesome its like having a secret and that everyone knows about but never uses . It works every time i do it and I get to enjoy wine on the week end I don't know why I stray from it I feel and look amazing

Hey everyone

 I start my new job tomorrow at a celtic snug called Jimmy Flynn's . It is any exciting new chapter in my life . So come down and see me and check out the group ons which are awesome $15 dollars and you get $30 dollar  groupon number to pay toward your bill. As a marking of my new chapter I'm also going to get back on the fitness band wagon and thus means south beach diet induction period crazy tough but I will feel amazing and zumba 5-7 days I'm gonna shred pounds in the first two weeks . Its gonna be awesome and exciting . Zumba with weights is hard core and I will have to eat healthy and more often in small portions. I love looking and feeling good and all the money I'll save by eating healthy no alcohol, no junk food, no coffee so cheap. Pearl Oyster Bar

Hey fellow bloggers,
 I'm inviting you down to Pearl Oyster Bar 14955 Marine Drive White Rock, B.C. tomorrow Wednesday September the Fourth for live music and great fun. The drink specials are 20 oz Stanley Park Wit and Renegade Lemonade for $7.45 what a steal . Also from 4pm-6pm we have $1.50 a shuck of B.C. half shells . Their signature salt and vinegar chips are amazing they are homemade potato chips with citric acid salt sprinkled over them making them so amazing and addictive making you so addicted you may need an intervention from them. They come as an appy or with crab cakes , and if you ask your lovely server they will sub them for fries . Also the tuna tacos are quite amazing and can be an appy or main. It's three poppadoms filled with lettuce mango relish and seared albacore tuna. There is so many tasty dished like the beet and goat cheese salad made with golden beets greens goat cheese and pine nuts  with a mild vinaigrette. I also recommend the thai chickpea curry served with a polenta to dip yummy! So much to choose from and with everything for the vegetarian to gluten sensitive . Come down have a beer or wine or cocktail of your choice like my favorite Son of a Peach . I hope to see you down there I work all night . It would be nice to see some of my fellow bloggers  .

Hey all
Anyone from White Rock , B.C. should come check out this amazing restaurant I went to last night it has fresh oysters everyday and from for to six the have B.C. half shells for one dollar each oyster . The staff rocks and is friendly food rocks drinks are awesome . They have mojitos made with fresh mint and a drink called the thirty minute ceasar to die for it has horse radish and cucumber so good with oysters . We also ate salmon mac and gouda rich man mac and cheese so good smoked salmon on top wow amazing come check it out and spread the word.
