Today I'm stating a challenge for my self and anyone who wants to join me. I'm starting my work out regime and will be posting pics of my progress. I encourage everyone to join me posting your progress and pics. Today after work I will be doing 45mins of zumba I'm gonna dance and tone up for the rest of summer. I quit smoking 6 months ago and I have never felt better . I have gotten lazy cause I was working out 7 days for an hour so my goal is to get back to that amount of time per work out.
