Okay let's begin with the first day of getting in shape is tough lol I have to zumba after dinner so I can get on track. I'm gonna do 45 mins of high intensity dance.I stand by zumba as being a fun and fabulous way to burn calories along with a reasonably good diet can lead to a toned firm body.
