Dear Blog Viewers ,

Today was two after my two day break so we will call it day 7 for those who care . My body is at a plateau so I might have to step it up a notch in order to keep my body sharp. After the first three days it is way easier and Im at the point with the giant hill I can hold a conversation with someone while doing it and barely sweating at the top that's crazy if you think about it, it took a week and I'm back on track. It feels fabulous to be able to do athletic thing with out needing an ambulance lol. I drink about 2 liters of water a day and try to eat low cal food which is the toughest part since no one else in my house eats healthy. Its all about what you want at the end of the day and how bad you want it (choices) . And never forget that cheating on a diet or work out is only cheating yourself here's my update on my progress.
