Hi all
I feel like I`m writing in my journal that is a secret but I guess the internet blog is the last place to write anything personal lol. I`m so sure that you will all keep this a secret for me right? Well I ate a healthy salad and I think I'm heading down the right path or at least I hope so . I'm gonna go crab fishing to catch dinner or at least I hope to catch some crab cause my daughter has become a pro at catching bull head and those are edible so that would suck . Just kidding I have a roast on so if we don't catch anything then we won't starve . I work on this blog daily in hopes to inspire people to do healthy things and to fight cancer by shopping my site www.foxyladyswimwearandclothing.ca but I also find it cleansing to write about my self my family and thing I read on line. Maybe you guys are more like a counselor or a confident who know but it feels good . So that can't be so bad right?
Everyday is one step closer to my goal of being toned and healthy . I don't count calories, or carbs I eat what I want in small portions combined with exercise which works for me cause if you go to someones house for dinner its the worst when your on a diet and can only have certain things and if I want a glass of wine I can have one if I want ice cream I can have scoop not a tub . Life has been made simple for me cause I have tried atkins and south beach and I guess what I'm doing is close to south beach with my own spin . Moderation and making healthy choices when its available and excepting it when there isn't but just choosing to have less of the bad things then the good . It seems to work for me and my family and that is the only way to have success is to do what works for you. I tried the atkins and it was very expensive and hard to follow when we went out to a restaurant or to friends and families' houses and became annoying to my family so I had to find a better way . And I did so really take the time to find what works for you.
