Morning all or should I say good afternoon ,
Today is day three and I'm having my morning cup of coffee prepping for zumba ( really its sitting on a kitchen chair convincing my self to do it lol ) I feel better after I do it , but its the lead up to doing it . I vow to walk to and from work every day that is not raining and if you know where I'm from walking home at the end of an 8 hour shift all up hill like Grouse grind hills . For those of you that don't know the Grouse grind is a grilling challenge up a mountain side with uneven terrain . Obviously my walk home isn't quite that bad but it feels like it lol. God I'm begining to sund like my parents up hill both ways no shoes in the snow. I have drank so much water and I'm so hungry all the time now its kinda crazy . It's important I eat in moderation and healthy choices or I'm gonna have to walk to work and back twice a day on top of zumba lol . I hope other people are joining me in this so as I'm not doing it alone , it's nice to have someone else suffering with you. So lets do it together cause our bikini bodies will be our reward and being able to rock a bikini or one piece will be our trophy . I buy every year at least one or two bikinis to motivate me to stay in shape and I keep a pic of me when I was 45lbs over weight on my fridge to remind me how easy it is to let your body slip away especially as you get older and how no matter how good of friends you have only pics will tell you you've gained weight.
