Hello every one
Today I'm off my rest days back to zumba. Its crazy cause my legs hurt so bad from the hills and zumba which means its working . Lots of water is very important. I have to make sure I'm making healthy choices which is tough right now cause payday is friday but I can make active decisions on portion sizes. I know it is a mission for me though to keep up with zumba because I feel as though I would be letting you guys down as well as my self . I also waitress as well as run www.foxyladyswimwearandclothing.ca so waitressing for 11 hours two days in a row definitely helped keep my cardio going on my rest days so here I go 45 min work out . After I finish all the mid length classes I'm moving up to full length which is an hour of cardio so wish me luck and I'll get back to you after I finish my 45 min work out so see you soon.
