I worked out again for 45 mins but this time to am it up I added one lb a leg in weights so two pounds total which seems so little but forty five mins of lifting your legs and dancing is a lot its intense . Drank a liter of water and making more choice towards higher protein reasonable calories small portions more veg less carbs especially white grain carbs . It feels great my tummy is getting more toned and my legs are showing muscle definition , this is only day eight of actual working out . All worth it in the end cause I feel and look better I`m so stoked for what 16 days or 24 days will look like considering that in eight days of actual working out I have this much results its crazy. Looking good and feeling good and better health is all I want and it helps that other people notice and compliment me on my hard work cause its motivation.
