Good afternoon Bloggers

   Just finished zumba (45mins) crazy I got so into it , it was amazing its becoming easier every time I zumba. I hope walking up that hill gets easier lol It feels like the gross grind . I hope by the end of summer walking to and from work will be as easy as zumba is becoming. I drink at least a litre of water and tons of green tea . I love working out I try to pick healthy choices or small portions except today I have to confess I ate an extra fish stick I could have done with out . I recommend xbox kinect its so awesome I have two zumba work outs for it and they are amazing to use . I would give 100 percent review for them both are easy for beginners and you can pick the length of the classes that you do , you can create your own classes , you can pick the intensity , shows the accuracy of your moves with a bar on the side and when its perfect you get a zumba, and at the end you get stars based on how many songs you got stars on each song and it tells the calories you burn. The calories are obviously not totally accurate but you feel awesome. I wanna get the third zumba game but I'll wait till I finish all the routines in mid length and full length classes.
   





  
These are the two I have and think they are absolutely worth the $59.

The stars at the bottom rate how well you mirroed her moves the picture on right side of screen is the upcoming move and the bar on the side tells how well you do each move so zumba is perfect then hot then nice so it motivates you to ace all the songs which makes you work harder in turn sweat more burn more calories. Rush zumba is cardio crazy core focuses more on ab moves. As I get better I add ankle and wrist weights. I recommend starting with out then add ankle weights then wrist but one pound per ankle doesn't sound like a lot but over a 45 min workout you will definitely feel it. So try it you love it , it's easy and you can do it at home so you can't say you don't have time cause you can do it any time.
