Good afternoon all
Day 9 of zumba it feels awesome and to stop my self from flat lining I stepped it up to an hour with no weights for the next five or six times then add 2lbs of weight . I have been doing the hill climb as well and it feels amazing so amazing . I love feeling good and looking good . In a day and age where healthy life style is on the home front and so important to a healthy life and healthy older life its so important. I wanna be the elderly lady who can be spry and full of life . I wanna be able to bust a move and keep up with my grand kids . So far my journey has started off on the right foot literally . Well to health and fitness and feeling amzing me keep joining me in the journey to a fit ripped body.
