Good evening All
Tomorrow is the first day of implementing a better diet cause now I have some good groceries in the house so its my last hora . I will have eggs for breakfast with a side of banana celery sticks for a snack tuna for lunch and for dinner something healthy as well . I will cut out slushies except for the occasional one and wine on the week ends. Light feta and cheese only sometimes easy dressing or none at all and you are the people I confess to when I cheat on my diet so keep me on my toes don't let me fall of track . For tonight is the last night of junk food back to healthy choices and fruit and veg less carbs . I got a ride home today cause my legs were tired but tomorrow I'm gonna walk up the hill again It feels great and Its good on the abs and legs . I wanna drink more green tea chilled and hot even though I have probably drank 1 liter of gren tea chilled today not fruit juice to much sugar . So help me stay on track and get ripped.
